Situations like this is why we began offering Consultations for Integrated Pest Management (IPM), particularly for bars, restaurants, breweries, and food production facilities.  As a rule, our approach focuses heavily on thorough investigations into what the problem is, where it is coming from, and taking a global approach to solving your pest control concerns.  We will come into your facility with a signed Confidentiality Agreement preventing us from disclosing your conditions, we will investigate the issue, determine the cause, devise appropriate treatment plans, and recommend any structural or training issues that need to be addressed.  

 

As a result of our consultation we will prepare our written findings and recommendations and provide that to you.  We will include an approximate price range for the recommendations so that you have a gauge when either comparing pest companies or going to your contracted company and asking for treatments.  If you would prefer, AAA Enviro-Pest Management is happy to complete services at a discounted rate.

LARGE INSTITUTIONS

 

From legislative offices, hospitals, and college campuses, the more human traffic you have the more concern there may be to minimize and eliminate any pest issues.  What’s more is that you may not have anyone on staff that truly understands what an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) program is not to mention how to begin to implement one at your locations.

 

Don’t worry.  AAA Enviro-Pest Management has provided consulting services to places such as large Universities to Housing Authorities that were either not receiving quality services or just looking into a better way to develop an IPM program.  We can help you too.

 

First, we will take the time to thoroughly understand your concerns, your limitations, and the requirements that are placed on you as an organization from agencies such as OSHA.  Then we will conduct inspections of every building and area associated with your organization.  After our investigations are done, we will prepare our findings and submit recommendations to you for establishing an IPM and maintaining it through recommended control and treatment methods.  We will then present these findings in person to you and whomever else you deem appropriate to be a part of the presentation.  During the presentation we will discuss in depth what we found, what control methods are available, and our recommendations on which treatment methods to use. Also, we will make recommendations for any trainings or other things that may promote the efficacy of carrying out your responsibilities in the IPM program.
