This program will utilize perimeter bait stations around your property that are tamper-resistant while also filled with a single-dose anticoagulant rodenticide that will eliminate your rodent problem.
We may also place glue boards on the interior of the home to monitor potential activity as well as smaller tamper-resistant stations that may be placed in discreet areas such as basements or attics.
Some homeowners prefer not to have any chemicals inside their home. In this case, our exterior spray program is a fantastic option to help manage insect populations surrounding the home and serving as a barrier so that these pests don’t move into your residence.
All of our programs can be paired with one another. Our program that has the most value is the interior, exterior, and the rodent control combined.
While most landlords maintain responsibility for pest concerns, there are several who do not. This program is ideal for the tenant that wants to protect their home from unwanted guests, or the homeowner that prefers to not treat outdoors. This program includes quarterly service to the interior of the home for spraying, rodent control, and pest monitoring.
