We practice Integrated Pest Management (IPM) that uses more than just chemicals to address pest concerns.  We use exclusion methods, monitoring devices, cultural controls and other non-chemical controls as our primary treatment method.  There are times that best practice also requires the introduction of chemicals in combination with these other treatments.  In this case, we use low-odor and low-volatility sprays that are safe enough to spray in a vending machine while also strong enough to eliminate your insect concerns.  Additionally, we will often utilize an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) that will prohibit insects from maturing and prevent adults from reproducing.
